Have the PM monitor when the water meter is spinning and do an emergency apartment check when it is spinning.

So quite often it just spins one to the next.

I spent way too much time confused and spinning my wheels to want others to have to go through the same.

So with the allocation method you guys were mentioning, what happens when we buy a printer, allocate it across let's say 2 existing series, and then a year later spin up a 3rd series?

Go back outside and check to see if your meter is still spinning.

Net meters spin both directions, old meters one go one way so if you are pushing power out to the grid it could be charging you for power go on to the grid and charges you for your use.
