Unless your market is unique, it's normally difficult for renters with large dogs to find housing.This doesn't mean pit bulls or any other breed your insurance won't cover.

I'd look for another management company prior to renewal though you may or may not have better luck.Also check with animal control and see if they have any regulations on the number of animals in a house and specifics on bird breeds.
