We wanted to sign up the the BP STR bootcamp (even though we own 3 STRs and two of them have been STRs for 22 years), but it was not offered this session so instead we signed up for the BP commercial RE (CRE) bootcamp. 

Hey @Alex Ballesteros, I moderated the Bootcamp forums for the last STR Bootcamp and everyone seemed to enjoy the sessions and the info.I am biased of course but there is a lot of good info.

I looked into Legal Zoom and they provide unlimited 30 minute sessions on new topics. 

Some offer a 30 minute free session to see your options.

And If it will make you feel better, and strengthen your nerve you should attend a training session on Vacation Rentals, there is one coming up soon in Branson, MO with Brad Moncado.

I was at David's househacking session too and that was one of my biggest take aways.
