Like in our area, most of what I see hit the MLS there goes under contract quickly, so would be nice if you can find someone selling off market. 

Afterwards, I sell the relinquish property at $450K, free and clear.

You or the trustee should be able to sign to sell the property.

I bought another property years ago for $25000 as another foreclosure that I fixed up, lived in, and ended up selling for $75000.

The investors will be LPs, also want equal equity stakes down the line, even with less or minimal initial investment upfront and wanted to see if anyone has selling / talking points to justify that position. 

Hi There-Some feedback would be great- Do you Sell the house yourself or do you engage another Realtor to do the sale and keep it at arms length in order to reduce any liability?

I'm looking to sell one of them - a 2 bedroom 1 bath thats rented for $850 with a lease in place until next July. 

I have had a couple of addresses over the years and usually I have used UPS, but lately I have seen a lot of virtual option popping up ... earthmail ... regus ... digital mailroom ... there seem to be quite a few.Would anyone have feedback on the best route to go?
