Hi Everyone,My wife and I also live right outside of Orlando and are wanting to starting the STR business.Would love to connect with any one of you who are also in this market as it seems like there are some headwinds starting due to the current economic state, revenge travel normalizing and just over saturation of this market.If we enter this particular market, I'd love to do it with as much momentum as we can get so tips and pointers and other connections would be extremely helpful!

Turnkey is a very saturated word nowadays but a true turnkey provider will purchase properties themselves, renovate it themself and then manage themself.

I just bought a SFH a week ago and am not discovering MAJOR plumbing issues throughout the entire basement (botched bathroom addition, horrible French drain system, drilled holes in the sump pumps…) that has resulted in the whole basement concrete/subfloor being saturated.

After doing some research, it seems that there is a large increase in STR in the area and I'm little nervous about starting due to the fear of over-saturation.
