To me the biggest takeaway is that as real estate professionals, we always talk about location, location, location.

My goal is to live in the home during the winters, maybe 3-4 additional weeks for vacation, then rent it out to help cover the mortgage the rest of the year.  

I am potentially looking into getting a trailer at the begining of the year getting a trailer that may need some work to rent out.
