Depending on your multi-family interest, type of project and timing; I might have some interest, if you're open to that idea. 

There is a place and time that it makes sense, but as long as you get any cashflow that first year, father's time will likely help you out after that as long as you have a quality product. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

They spend a ton of money on advertising their product and apparently have none left over to spend on product development.

As far as TK investment itself, the BP type, probably not many experienced investors would invest that way.Good Luck!

If you don't have those type of clauses in your lease, you might want to add for future tenants. 

I definitely think with your age and the money you have, I would look into a vacation type area that has STRs.

If you’re serious about this endeavor put your current home on Zillow to rent with an occupancy in 90 days before you sign a PA for the next house.There are other lending products that are not as strict but the terms are different.

I like BP, although BP also tries to sell me certain products, at least they are upfront and transparent about their intension unlike RDPD who baits and switches.
