Is there a limit on pricing?

Zillow says the average price for a house in Little Rock is $215,000.

We don't tend to get them when buying from a bank (because they usually won't budge on price) or wholesaler (who often provide an inspection) but do our own thorough inspection. 

I will say that it's also probable that our VRBO guests are more comfortable with a higher rate if it has the comfort, conveniences, etc. they want whereas AirBnb seems a little more price-sensitive.

Some of our units that lost money the first year or two of ownership, after 35 years produce more than their purchase price in positive cash flow every year.

Unfortunately, given current and foreseeable prices and interest rates, I will not be in the position to buy anything else anywhere I’d want to go. 

You would have to be significantly cheaper than my current cleaners for me to give you a shot, because I generally have only changed cleaners for either consistent subpar work or increasing/unreasonable prices.
