I do have both thankfully, probably more time to invest than money.I probably spend 4 hours weekly studying and reading and listening at this point.

They are still having evictions even with people they place, but at least I’m not having to deal with sad sack stories personally.There’s a saying that says, “give the devil an inch and he will take a mile. “ When it comes to tenants if you listen to a sad story about why they don’t have the money to pay their rent they take the Goodwill offered and stretch it a mile.

We are just starting out, listening to the Rookie podcast, researching areas, figuring out what strategy makes since, etc. 

I have been a nurse my entire career, So Real Estate is very new to me, I have been reading books, and listening to podcasts and trying to learn all I can, but have no hands on experience, Im a little lost but I'm hoping with the Bigger Pockets Community and their expertise I will find my footing.

I've been listening to BP podcasts for the past couple months, and I remember some of the speakers talk about a free property search tool.  

I like to listen to them in my car when I'm driving to properties and I can get through about 1-2 large size books a week if I'm really focused. 

They are probably smart enough to wait until the court date, then they'll scurry off 1-2 days prior and move to the next victim.I manage 400 rentals and this doesn't happen to me because I don't listen to excuses or play games.

I have been listening to matt's podcast since it started and I can tell you as a pro academy member the information is worth every cent if not more but don't tell him lol.
