Talk to folks, ask them what/how they invest and that'll give you some pointers to learn about things you may not have even known existed. 

Good group of local folks or are they all coming from Atlanta?

The city taxed the owner out of business, charging $21k a year in taxes, and all potential buyers were aware of this tax burden.We had other bidders, many of whom were churches, but they couldn't secure financing due to the high purchase price of the building.If folks like Former City Councilor Sarai Rivera were so worried about what would become of the building, they should have come forward before the sale.Personally, I'm glad they didn’t because it's one thing to be forced out of business and have your selling options limited by the city's burdensome tax policies.

Or are there other ways that folks typically evaluate this?

Most folks won't convert right off the bat.

There’s so much hype about Micron that folks are willing to pay for potential- don’t do that!!

I have one too that does turn key furnishings and is way less expensive than the big box folks.

Either way, we'll be there again as we were 110% assured that we'll be able to help a lot of BP folks out this year.

I do believe that folks do spend to much time trying to build a core 4 when they need to build a core of cash so they can actually transact..
