If you are guided by the right morals you will be successful.

If so, your Landlord has every legal, moral right to give you proper notice of termination, which he apparently did.

@Jacob Morales BRRRR is possible but I would reset expectations that you most likely won't be able to cash out all of your equity which is typical and doesn't mean it's a bad deal.

No one appointed you the arbiter of what is good/evil, right/wrong, moral/immoral, etc etc etc. 

We find some decent deals still here on occasion despite the low inventory predicament we are in.

I totally understand ,I had a similar predicament and after 3 strs, the 4th one - I am going the commercial route.. if you think the purchase has strong cash flow.. you should definitely opt the LLC route...
