Has anyone looked into this issue?

It’s a 2 hour drive and the only things I can think of that I for sure need help with will be the cleaning and someone to take care of maintenance issues.

Some are because there are serious issues with the property that can't get financed by a bank.

Hope no fire hazards or code issues or noise issues or electric shock etc. by doing this project.

They are also looking for code issues and other hazards which hopefully you are compliant with no matter what. 

Currently I'm using propstream, I was having some issues getting my account with batchleads set up and their service hasn't really been the best with assistance.

If you hired an agent or a broker to work with you, you'd be covered - but regulations & laws vary from place to place.Screening is best done by establishing a set of guidelines to qualify applicant tenants, then sticking to those rules to avoid legal issues (and for your own sanity).

If there is a problematic tenant, I always ask that the property is VACANT @ COE.If the current owner wants to close, they will have it vacant before we issue a clear to close.
