I just visited a Habitat for Humanity outlet store that sold used and some new materials for rehabs, you might take a look.

The time we've known each other has been filled with great conversation on human psychology, success, coming from nothing, business, and fitness.

Reminds me of my favorite quote:There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please.

They will only create headaches for yourself and cause you to deviate from your policies and procedures due to the human being emotions we all have.This is an unfortunate situation for Jessica.

Habitat for Humanity Re-store?

I expect my tenants to be human, and therefore, err.

In this business, I think there are formal ways of dealing w/ things and there are human ways of dealing w/ things. 

Our local Habitat for Humanity Restore often has newer furnaces that have been removed from properties being razed.  

I don't want to share anymore of what I might offer here unsolicited, but if you're ever looking to expand your team, I am possibly the most organized human you've ever met, (or at least in the top 3 ;)), am passionate about this field, and am looking to get connected with a flipping team to add my strengths to.
