I personally find the winter months easier because you don't have to worry about the grass/yard work as it sits empty.

We save a lot of service calls, a lot of money and that money ends up being in the thousands of dollars over a 10-year period.The next thing we do when we take over an apartment building is we remove every plant, tree and blade of grass on the property and we put rock in place of the grass.

Just overall return perhaps, since I do invest in the stock market and believe in it, especially since the fed seems to hate downturns 

Nationwide rates hit a lows - so there has really never been a better time "spread" wise.Moreover, the FED has printed so much money (~25% of all dollars in existence were created during COVID).

The power and all other utilities are off, grass not cut (we had it cut twice) and cobwebs are covering all points of entry.

Are the tenants going to cut grass / shovel snow, or will you need to hire someone?

The feds gets to a point where they cant ignore it anymore and they step in.
