Look over the various due diligence documents and make recommendations on the pros and cons of buying a particular not  or is a lawyer the best way.There are some many legal stages of a notes journey I am fearful to loose because of legal loopholes

Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner's primer on REI has really piqued my interest and has demonstrated that investing in real estate isn't as daunting as I always feared.  

In order for me to buy yet another house, I would have to take out some sort of loan (my credit is pretty good so I was thinking of just going through my bank; the Hard Money Loans kind of scare me).I guess I'm a bit fearful about borrowing another large sum of money.

it might sit a bit longer but after you fix the problem and offer a warranty that should sooth the fears of potential buyers,   When I am rehabbing a house, my buyer assumes correctly that I have fixed a lot of problems. 

Unless he's more "right-leaning," I fear Reading may end up looking like another Detroit or Chicago.Thankfully, my kids and grandkids got out of the city too, not long after I did!  

I want to get started investing in riverside but I'm fearful that these prices are going to severely drop in the next 6 to 18 months.

There are plenty of people who are new to this industry, but never get off the ground because they allow their fear to be their decision maker. 

I understand the "floodgate" fear.

I can always transfer property ownership later (without fear of triggering any due on sale clauses because I've already cleared it with my lender and they're willing to put in writing before I go to closing).However I'd kind of like to have the LLC set up so that I can start my branding and marketing and know that I have the legal rights to the business name and the like.
