When I've sold items on Facebook marketplace before or given things away using my Buy Nothing group, I've always checked the age of someone's profile and any public info on their profile along with evaluating the conversation to see if they pass a "vibe check".

You could certainly dive into a new build cold turkey, but you are then relying on your team very heavily to make it a success with little ability to self assess progress etc.

Hire a professional, certified arborist to examine the tree and the tenant-offending limbs and get a written evaluation. 

The condominium project itself has to be evaluated, not simply the individual unit. 

They help you find the property, evaluate how the profit will work, and help get funding. 

Still, it feels a bit vulnerable putting myself out there (but I know it has to be done; progress has to be made for both dad’s sake and my future, hopefully in our dream place).
