3bds, 2 baths, living rm and dining rm. new everything. siding, appliances, cabinet, laminate floor for kitchen and all the rooms.

Walking and biking distance to shopping and dining. 

They also had to remove baseboard and carpet padding in the corners of our master bedroom and living/dining area as those rooms are on the other side of the adjoining wall which had gotten wet at the bottom.

I don't recall the brand but its in my living room, dining room, kitchen and den. 

A living room or dining room should not cost more than $200 to furnish. 

The condo had an extra dining room area off to the side of the main entrance, which my parents helped me turn close off into a 3rd smaller bedroom which I'm renting out.

I opened up the dining room closet which gave me a little more room (54”x32”), but soon found out I can’t really do a whole lot with it.I guess my question is: how much does a tub add resale value to a home?

The post mentioned the units having a dining room with a closet, and my thought was to try to turn each unit into a 2 Bed, 1 Bath.
