You can’t and won’t discriminate based on age, but the majority of one bedroom voucher holders are single elderly people.

Personally, I would ask the neighbors, go by on trash day to see if there is trash left outside, leave a paper (anything, even blank) on the door and in the mailbox to see if it is picked up the next day, and drive by at different times, morning, afternoon, evenings.I bought an unoccupied house with furniture left,  Previous owner moved in with elderly mother. 

This property was found on the MLS and we had to negotiate with a group of 11 elderly owners that used it for a rotating vacation home.How did you finance this deal?

An elderly lady lived in the home for 8 years and has since passed. 

He’s elder and ready to seek and can’t really work inside the home anymore and the contractor left him.

I watched it hang out on the MLS for several months back in 2010, I got it far below the asking price because it was a family's second home they had purchased for an elderly parent.

So far have been through one couple as tenants and I am currently on my second lease with an elderly retired couple.

At first inspection, no large repairs are needed but he is elderly on fixed income and his monthly payments are 2/3 his monthly income.

I know guests typically don't visit the area to watch TV all day, but I wonder if elderly guests would expect cable.
