I can't recommend a book but I just paid 37 dollars for this guy Zack Childresssystem on wholesaling his info was very informative and it comes with the contractsyou need to lock deals in and software to generate relationships with other wholesalers I would highly recommend you get the system its worth every penny.

If we can lock in non recourse debt with a fixed 10 year term I would sleep much better at night- I hope this makes sense.

See Jay Z and Beyonce are just like regular Americans....except their mortgage is about $250,000 a month...They are reportedly billionaires but..I guess they wanted to lock in that low 4% interest.It would be pretty fascinating to see the financial records and income streams of some of these ultra wealthy folks.I wonder what type of real estate they might own besides personal residences if any.

Otherwise, if you think the deal is solid I would lock it up in contract and have a plumber come out to assess the problem.
