From a cultural standpoint, having a 24-ish year old child still living at home with the parents isn't unheard of (I'm Asian).  

Unless there is a huge cultural shift, agents will still be here in 10 years, and like any industry will simply adapt to market place changes.

If you see that the contemporary/modern homes in the subject subdivision are selling on average $50,000 higher than the traditional builds, why would you risk losing out on a potentially great deal because contemporary homes just aren't your thing? 

If you are currently without a job - I would focus your time first on getting a job and then spend any additional time on researching how to wholesale real estate.If you also have free time for the time being - You may want to look into obtaining your real estate license.On a side note since you mentioned Dominican/PR in a message - I love dominican culture.

They shine around here, they stand out, and they set the tone for the culture, in my opinion.This place doesn't have the feel of "blind leading the blind" nor does (really) bad advice linger or get repeated in some grand way.

There are some bars there, but mostly restaurants, shopping, a movie theater and so forth.Old Town Scottsdale has alot of culture. 

I’ve lived in each of them and they have culture and nice downtowns.
