The same year the Series LLC was statutorily crested.So it’s interesting how people quickly fall in love with the traditional LLC thinking it’s been around forever but fairly after the creation of the LLC in most states, the series LLC immediately came in the game.

All the lease option/executory contract issues only apply to consumer transactions (intended for personal use and enjoyment; that includes 1-4 residential units). 

My expenses are $1100 mortgage, $250 utilities, $100 consumables, $150 miscellaneous expenses. 

My understanding is that (on a stick build house) if you go through the proper building dept requirements for updates then get a certificate of occupancy then it sells as if it has been there forever - no special financing required.

This is time consuming and stressful enough to do only once, let alone twice within the space of a year.
