If this is for the flooring where you had posted the pictures a few weeks back, I would say you might be better off looking elsewhere.I would have them look at your photos that you posted here to see whether they could do the work using the no-sand process; my guess is that they will recommend that you use traditional sanding to refinish those floors (and I believe they can sand floors too, they just don't push it in those ads).I can provide the name of a floor refinisher if you'd like, since you are in SE PA; that would have to be via PM of course.
