“Use of the casino facilities” was the answer.Here is the platinum condotel’s Info....One is that owners cannot stay in their units for more than 29 days in a row due to zoning regulations.

and well Geez the city grew out to me and right across the street is the largest Indian Gaming Casino in CA... called Graton.... and my property came into the city after 26 years zoned mixed use resi... and I have of course listed it for 3 million... no takers yet.. but who cares what I make... as long as I disclosed up front paid cash... the city limits are one lot away and lots on the other side are still non buildable and value is not much.. ( won't perc)
