Even when they help me push start my car after the move-in so i can leave, it never comes up...But I do have an s-corp PM co so rents go to that and leases are signed by me as an employee of that.

I talked to the local police department precinct involved in the area and the officer thought the right owner could raise the bar for the neighborhood and that the crime they investigate are the usual domestic disturbances or the occasional car break-in and that the neighborhood is pretty good.

I think of Ken as poor and destitute, with no assets in his name.That is the advantage of the anonymity - being left alone and not finding how big of a celebrity you are if the tenant slips and falls or you crash the car and put someone in hospital for a few days.

Such as moving to smaller home for less rent, selling your car and buying a cheaper one, cutting out extras in your budget such as take out and eating out, etc...If you can make sacrifices now by redicinf uoir bdieht ane/or increasing your Income you will be able to prosper in the near future with real estate.
