Can they prove how long it takes to rent a vacant property?

Let’s just say I want to avoid rookie mistakes before I take the plunge.Looking forward to hearing from all the experienced (or even not-so-experienced!)

Have you done any research on what investing method route you might take?

One golden rule I follow,if it takes a long time to fix/replace when it breaks, don't buy a cheap one.Imagine, this thing breaks in the middle of your peak season and the people who can come out to rebuild are 2 weeks out....It takes at least a day or two to build something like this even if you are super skilled.

That said, if everything goes perfectly with no issues, changes, or questions, my main gripe is that it takes a week to get my money in my account. 

Also, it lends itself to unconscious bias because we are more likely to view negatively people who are different than us.

And if you’re into marketing, knowing your way around Canva or even basic social media scheduling tools would be really helpful too.Finding a gig might take a little effort, but there are so many opportunities out there.

My local code enforcement officer is happy to take calls. 

It also takes sacrifice.
