Are you estimating that building will be more profitable with the higher material prices and the added challenges of getting a certain type of financing together with the time constraints to minimize holding costs?

I'd be pretty irritated over the loss of 6k, 4 months of stopped work and the corresponding holding costs.Do you invest in OH, or somewhere else?

You could structure a win-win situation where Investor A (the seller) gets his proceeds to cover the work on the remaining properties, while holding the note for you.

So, just speculating here, if they bought a slew of notes with the expectation of flipping them within a few months for say a 10% profit, but they have a hypothecated loan against these for say 12%+, and are still holding them 12 months later are quickly underwater. 

Or setup one entity for management and a separate one to hold my interest?
