I'll start off by saying I'm a 19 year old female who often gets mistaken for a 14 year old female, so I'm not sure if my age/appearance would be a disadvantage.

You won't be able to even open a bank account without setting up a US entity and appearing in person in the bank in the US. 

That's why the original post.This is why I'm so ademant about people using the word "abandoned" when, in fact, it appears that someone does, in fact, care; at least enough to be paying the taxes.

On first look, there are two wells, and they don't appear to be hooked up to anything.  

I lived in Berkshire county for 2 yrs quite some time agoDidn't appear to be great flipping area but good buy and hold areamaybe things have changed and GE  or other companies have brought jobs there best of fortune  to you . 

FYI, to properly tag someone you have to select the name as it appears once you start typing @ and their name...So for example type "@Lucas" and then my full name should appear - click that and it will tag me.

The paperwork has been submitted for the HAMP program, but it doesn't appear that they have even processed it yet.  

The owner appears to have purchased it wholesale in march and put a lot of work into it.
