There are thousands of 1-2br's out there and I think (but have no proof) that they will suffer more in the coming recession.I am toying with selling the 4br and moving up to another 5+As far as remote management, being further away means I can't do anything myself, I have to pay someone. i.e. installing a towel rail costs me $50 labor for a handyman to go do it.

I have toyed with the idea of building a smallish mobile home park with most if not all tenant-owned homes, but everyone always says buying existing is better than building new.

No way I am dragging my behind down to the property on Christmas to remove a toy from the toilet!

The client I referenced is pretty sharp but definitely treats the Mexico house like a toy and not an investment, so perhaps not the best reference point.  

I am going back to the original idea of renting the two car garage, which has room for AVTs or other toys space rentals.  

If after checking that out and it's not covering a broader spectrum of REI, I've been toying with the idea of starting a group in Frederick, so let's talk Greg, perhaps we can get it going together?

Any advice on what to leave vs. put away (i.e. family photos, clothes in closets, kids toys, etc)- We have a large house and could sleep 15-20 people.
