It was a party of 6, and the tenant didn't want to allow over 2 people in at a time (the buyers), and the broker didn't want to work with that (supervision), so it wasn't shown.

@Jamier Hughes The FIRST thing you should do is to check with your state laws to see if wholesaling is legal in PA.Most states require that anyone who markets a property that they do not already own be a licensed real estate agent, working under a supervising broker.People wholesale every day in violation of these kinds of laws, but if a homeowner later feels that he has been duped and files a complaint, you may not like the results.

I understand the dilemma but also know that there are people out there who would make good tenants because they have a less than perfect background.They realize they have fewer options but need an approved address to continue if they're still on supervision (probation or parole).
