If anything, you need a course on LEAD GENERATION.You can buy the fanciest course with the latest wholesaling strategies, and then they will tell you to cold call a foreclosure list.They are teaching you to find the wrong audience.Please, stay away from the gurus and those who tell you to listen to the gurus.All these gurus can't come CLOSE to how a REAL wholesaler gets their deals.First off...None of you have noticed that she said "looking for distressed properties."
