OR WA CA all suck when it comes to evictions so its really incumbent on the landlord to be uber careful.. and why as many stated these laws that are so pro tenant are going to further hurt those that are marginalized and or on the Poverty level spectrum with bruise or bad credit etc..

:) First, the government really doesn't care if you switch to digital TV or not...all they care about is that the broadcasters switch to digital TV to free up part of the spectrum (that can then be reclaimed and/or resold).
