OR WA CA all suck when it comes to evictions so its really incumbent on the landlord to be uber careful.. and why as many stated these laws that are so pro tenant are going to further hurt those that are marginalized and or on the Poverty level spectrum with bruise or bad credit etc..

I don't have feel-good butterflies when I drive by, but my ROI's stay very high  My business partner is on the opposite end of the spectrum than me, he happily forfeits cash flow and overall return to feel better about his investments.

But Aurora is more than just East Colfax, in fact it's actually larger than Denver itself (in land area), and contains an extremely wide spectrum of neighborhoods from swanky-modern new urbanism to housing projects to suburban McMansions to trailer parks.

:) First, the government really doesn't care if you switch to digital TV or not...all they care about is that the broadcasters switch to digital TV to free up part of the spectrum (that can then be reclaimed and/or resold).
