I am semi retired at age 44, I sold my franchise business 1 year ago and have a very good idea of what it takes to operate a business successfully. 

A whole lot of work is required to successfully run just a single house, and the clientele can be very difficult. 

Are there success stories? 

I have had a lot of success with just a block of wood wrapped in double sided tape and a hammer.
