Have had IAQ tested twice and readings showed higher levels of Co2 (house was closed up prior to testing), as well as slightly elevated humidity and slightly elevated levels of VoCs.

As for lead I have never heard of anyone loosing a loan over lead unless a child has elevated lead levels and it’s documented.

To be more specific, I would need:- An As-Built Drawing for the existing duplex water lines (no plans currently at the city since the home is from the 1950's)- Existing and proposed floor plan with general notes- Existing and proposed plumbing floor plan- Plumbing isometrics, notes, details, etc.I currently have an Elevation Certificate and a Construction Survey with CAD file.Any civil engineering contacts or advice on alternate routes for this project, would be greatly appreciated.

Rezoning - not going to go there but... on a long shot you could get a survey done and if it verifies the elevation of the lowest portion of the building being above the flood plain elevation then you might be able to get the lender to drop the requirement for flood insurance.Side note - also being in a flood zone may be a reason the seller has stated they only want cash buyers?
