Any innovative strategies for purchasing a condominium in Florida while avoiding future excessive HOA recertifications?

Hi, I would appreciate your thought on a condo exchange deal, leaving aside the HOA fees and such.Many people are trying to sell their larger condominiums here because they don't need the space for some reason and/or can't afford the upkeep expenses.The condo prices on the local market are very stable and can't be negotiated much, there is a lot of demand for smaller units.

Would like to sell my ocean front property.Located in city center Long Beach Washington.Zoned for 80 condominium units.Four stories.

As a SoCal resident, I can say that purchasing and renting condominiums is no problem.
