I think you can implement a healthy mix of both exit strategies. 2)I have no input on this point but I just think it is really cool concept.

Just having the support of your significant other is a gamechanger for you so look to avoid any un-necessary pressure to become business partners if they are not interested.For us, my wife’s strengths are developing and implementing process and systems.

It's a tool for a specific purpose and should be implemented as a part of a full wealth management plan, led by a team who deeply understands real estate in a variety of capacities outside of just being a DST wholesaler.  

We have clients we have helped implement this strategy that are either positive cashflow or paying about $500/month to own a $750,000 asset!

I was just thinking about this today as I was driving home: the federal government has implemented an evection freeze in effect until December 31, 2020 for all tenants claiming to be adversely affected by COVID-19.

@Heather Carbone, I think you'll be looking for two different people actually. 

There are many others with similar interests, to one degree or another.I'm open to the space, have the projects where we could implement some of the concepts on a decent scale, but don't know enough to really apply it.
