The Cleveland Clinic has grown into the largest employer in the state of Ohio and the second top-rated health care system in the United States just after the Mayo Clinic! 

I feel the same way about health care -I am waiting to see how much my insurance premiums go up this year. 

The part I did not mention is we both work in healthcare and we are strongly considering buying a existing healthcare related business in the next few years to accelerate our real estate growth.
