As well as property managers who monitor the property and are quick to enforce the terms of the rental agreement when breaches occur.

I also have very good camera systems in place which allows me to monitor activity and the property from home.

You could allow smoking outside but again - do you have the time to monitor this?

If you need any monitoring then we have video monitoring, camera monitoring.

Depending on the type and extent of the contamination there are some allowances for simply leaving it in place, monitoring and/or pumping groundwater and treating that in-lieu of full removal/remediation.

@Corey Hajduk I was going to do the same thing, but at the top of each thread there is a button, "Monitor Topic", that allows you to be alerted if anyone posts to the thread.
