ZILLOW- I have found paying the $29 fee to Zillow for a premium listing is worth it.

I have been with several myself and I believe I have found the one that fits my needs with training and support.

I have private flood insurance myself but I have never found a short term rental insurer that has offered flood coverage as well.

I haven’t found the 1% rule in my area for the last couple years.

@Alfath Ahmed I just looked up all 6 counties in Ohio that Columbus touches and searched your name in the property records and found 0 properties across all counties.

The best way I have found is side hustles. 

A friend of mine attended one and found it incredibly helpful..they even walked through actual deals they've closed in the area.Don't overlook online resources either.

I do not have a problem with my pets in my units and have found accepting them to be a big selling point.

Aside from all of the systems that lenders use to find undisclosed debt, one of the questions you'll be asked on the URLA/1003 (the application required for all primary residence mortgages) is basically "Are you responsible for any debt besides what we have already found?"

Wondering if anyone has converted their multimember LLC down to a sole member LLC and what the process is, all I have found on it is to fill out form 8832.
