I'm a fan of always airing on the side of caution, even if you don't foresee all of the allotted expense being used.

It really is a daily occurrence in the fall and it rains pretty frequently.

If it's a window unit it could help to run a fan in front of it to push the air farther into the room.

They look similar to a bath fan.  

If you insisted on having the same attorney do everything, you'd at least want to get a clear understanding of who the attorney was going to represent (if anyone) in the unfortunate event that crap hit the fan.

Portfolio loans really are a great tool and I see them work frequently for investors, I just want to make sure you have a decent perspective.
