I have always been an entrepreneur, so growing my "real estate empire" is my #1 goal right now, whether it be through flipping, renting, owning, or anything else.

My goal isn't to become a multimillionaire or to build a real estate empire, but to just own enough property to where I can live off the returns and retire at an early age on an average income.
