Here is some background on this property: it is a duplex in Elizabeth City, NJ; It is within walking distance from the airport and the bus station that takes you into NYC; the current owners live in both units and are willing to pay rent if we agree on a price.It may be more profitable to turn it into a short-term rental.

@Elizabeth Colegrove I agree with you; the items that they are requesting are: 1) the clean up work they have done before GC/Owner visits (inspection/repair).2) Taking photos as documentation.3) lost personal time as they need to be there watch over the pets so they don't accidentally run out.4) inconvenience due to 2nd floor leakItem 1-3 to me are obvious.

Elizabeth Colegrove  I have never seen this language in a contract before, and if anyone would agree with it, after the seller has agreed to sell the property and you have met everything they have asked for, you are a fool to sign it in my opinion.
