Problem was that tax auctioned properties no longer sold at anything like 10c on the dollar, that the claim that John's program provided "everything" anybody needed to earn XXXX amount was clearly false; and John and or the marketing firm did not honor the money back guarantee.  

There would be a 3+ year minimum hold and the opportunity to sell later, if desired.

You get possession of your property to earn $$..Make sure you screen carefully.

Destination parks are typically in a desirable location where people want to visit and vacation.

To earn good money self-managing, the owner has to stay on top of things. 

I was particularly impressed with their desire to separate opportunities for investors based on experience.  

If not I push to grow the number not from riskier investments but from earnings to increase the machine bringing in the money.

Also was wanting to explore  different funding options but also have no earned income, or experience.   

So in conclusion, I would heavily weigh your desire to move from the area and your desire to turn a profit in an area that you already have some market knowledge of. 

The thing is their model is PREDATORY upon ppl that desperately want an opportunity to earn more money.
