Caldwell is one of the hottest areas in our metro market and this home was a diamond in the rough- needed some love, but within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, hipster coffee shops, etc.

Like @Christopher Collins said, most things on the mls aren't great investments at the moment, but put the time in and you may find a diamond in the rough.

I would recommend you keep trying until you find one that has all the characteristics you want, eventually you'll find that diamond in the rough.
