I believe in collaboration over competition, and I want to surround myself with other like-minded, local wholesalers who have done at least 1-3 deals.

I've been with eXp since 2018 & believe it was the best career decision I'm made yet- Not only am I happy with the freedom to scale & grow my 'team' throughout the US, the alternative compensation streams but mostly with the culture and collaboration that I've not found in other brokerages.

We are in Washington DC area but open to invest and collaborate with ppl who interested to invest in other states.

You could potentially have the whole thing buttoned up 2 or 3 months after closing if you work collaboratively with the seller. 

My perspective comes from being a Keller Williams agent where the company culture is very collaborative and client focused.  

Maybe someone can clarify further, but I'm not sure if YieldStreet's offerings are available to other IRA custodians (to communicate/collaborate with YieldStreet on the asset purchase & later selling) unless you find good one, because it's a custom offering and not generic alternative assets.I do know YieldStreet itself offers its own IRA program for you to invest in their funds.
