Stay away from Lawrence, Brockton, Fall River, and Lynn - I would only do the following communities in the BEST PARTS or sections - Lowell, Chelsea, Worcester, Springfield and stay out of the sketchy parts of Boston.I think anything East of Worcester might be decent, but I don't know Western MA well at all so anyone else that has input, please share
