I'm skeptical, but that's because I don't want to get burned, plus when it comes to money I'm just really cautious regardless of the amount.One more general question (for now) - if I do approach a bank to purchase a home that has been foreclosed, will I have much success making an offer that matches the principle remaining, or do I need to make an offer somewhere between the estimated (appraised) value and the principle that remained on the loan?

I replace the doors with custom made doors, made of solid wood in many flavors, then I coverthe cab faces with a paper-thin laminate which is made or REAL UNFINISHED WOOD to match the doors.

[b]For you top end property guys, I can relaminate them in REAL WOOD veneer, in your choice of species, stain and clearcoat them, I also replace the doors in solid wood, standard or hidden hinges, matching the veneer species on the faces, and you can even design them with an easy program for the order.
