Most of my buildings are identical to this, but make apx $160/m/door profit, so I'm having difficulty seeing how you are getting ~2x the profit from effectively the same buildings. 

They don’t verify guests properly; screening is weak because they’re mainly focused on hotels/flights/car rentals.

I would talk to an attorney to verify this - this is what I was told by my attorney.

While I can’t entirely say for credit score, a good rule of thumb I’ve found is to have paystubs that verify 3x rental income in monthly income for whatever tenants are paying for property.

Everything he says could be true in some locals...you will need to do a ton of research to verify the areas that might work for you, Don't just disregard what you consider negative opinions.....

But they do have their processes to follow and eventually (after much time and money) you will get through this.Sorry this happened but this is why we recommend so strongly always pulling permits ....or at least verifying that either you do or don't need a permit.

Their states don't have licensing requirements for property managers.Of course, I would verify this.
