I even removed all the music from my phone to make room so I could download every BP podcast and listen to them from the start.Also luckily for me the NBA playoffs had just finished so there was no more night time TV viewing left for me.

I'd like to attribute my tenant's lack of cleanliness and care to their busy schedules, however when I come around most of them are sitting around watching tv, doing nothing at all.

One of the reasons that poor people remain poor is that they are the greatest consumers.....my lower income renters have the $1,500 tv's and latest smart phones but they take public transportation and will rent forever.

Work in a cube during the day and go out and drink while bitching about their 401k or staying in and watching TV.

Did anyone ever think that maybe that's just because it's totally impractical when you have thousands or millions of investors, that it's not some sinister conspiracy to hide missing gold bars until Geraldo opens the vault on TV and finds nothing there?
