When you say "previously treated", how long ago was the treatment? 

I have left termite treatment up to the seller and requested a paid invoice of treatment to be submitted to the bank  once finished.  

Well they offered me unsolicited moth treatment for my home... haha...! 

I'm interested to hear other's thoughts on this, but my thought is that it is preferential treatment if that's not an option for all of your tenants. 

@Camille Johnson the problem with family is they commonly expect special treatment or some exception from your rules because of the relationship.

I thought only they ask seller to pay for termite inspection and of course the treatment.

They claim to be practicing medicine, making diagnoses, and prescribing treatment based on an internet questionnaire that they apparently don't even read.

I should add- since its only a few months you would not get the benefit of LTCG treatment, so the plan is a really beneficial one if you can show the intent.
