We have a military installation that have frequent family visitors and transitioning families.

I want to make sure my assets are protected so I would like to know some opinions on what types of insurance I should have and when it makes sense to transition to a LLC because I currently own the properties personally.

Whole I have made a job transition some 3 years ago, I still am stagnant on my first deal.

I spend much of my time traveling, and want to make a transition to travel less and to create an avenue of passive income that could eventually become my primary source.

I work in Healthcare but am looking to transition to real estate investing.

We have since transitioned to using a third party, Buildium, to collect rent, deposits, fees, etc.

I do have a good job, but the quality of life that comes along with it is not great, so I would love to transition to having my money work for me, rather than trading my time for money at some point.I have invested a bit in some debt deals on crowdfunding platforms, and recently invested in a HML fund. 

We feel we have the perfect network and team in place to make the transition into real estate investment.

Should I anticipate difficulties making this transition even if the current leases do not auto-renew?

I am sure some of you transitioned to real estate out of other careers.
